Yard Clean-Up Night with CHATS' Home Adaption Program (HAMP) and RBC Bradford Volunteers

On Tuesday, August 28th CHATS’ Home Adaptation & Maintenance Program (HAMP) joined efforts with RBC's Bradford branch volunteers, in a yard clean-up night for 3 properties. The team diligently worked on pulling weeds, mulching, removing patio stones and other general outdoor work, which could not be physically completed by the homeowners. CHATS' HAMP program provides assistance to adults ages 55+ who require home adaptions to maintain their properties and independence. We extend a special thank-you to Wayne Brakeboer (Community Manager of RBC), Mark Luberts (HAMP's Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist) our dedicated volunteers, and all others involved!
