Adaptations and Maintenance support and coordination
Overview
The Home Adaptation and Maintenance Program is based out of the CHATS’ Rural Office in Bradford, Ontario, and has helped over 2,100 clients in Northern York Region and South Simcoe age safely in their own homes.
The Home Adaptation and Maintenance Program includes a comprehensive FREE Home Safety Assessment - where recommendations are made to help improve the quality of life for older adults who wish to maintain their independent living arrangements.
Program Eligibility
This program is available to older adults aged 55 and up who live in Bradford West Gwillimbury, East Gwillimbury, Georgina, Newmarket, and New Tecumseth only. Younger clients may be admitted to the program on a case-by-case basis.
