A professional Home Support Worker will assist your senior-aged loved one with activities of daily living, such as light cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.

Personal Care
A certified Personal Support Worker will assist your senior-aged loved one with personal care needs, such as bathing, toileting and dressing.

Meals on Wheels
Home-style comfort-food meals delivered right to your senior-aged loved one's door. Great-tasting, convenient and nutritious. Special dietary needs can be accommodated.

Seniors Wellness Programs/Lunch Out
Great food, great friendships, great fun for your senior-aged loved one. They enjoy a healthy meal out and activities with other seniors, while you get a time-out for yourself. Programs available throughout York Region.

Adult Day Program
Your senior-aged loved one enjoys a variety of social and wellness activities, the companionship of others, and lunch. Available each week day at the CHATS Wellness Centre for Seniors & Caregivers in Aurora. Gives you time to tend to other commitments or take a much-needed break.

Telephone Reassurance
Gives you peace of mind, as a CHATS volunteer gives your senior-aged loved one a friendly call on a regular schedule. A free CHATS service.

Transportation Services
When you are unable to drive your senior-aged loved one to medical appointments, grocery shopping and other errands, CHATS can do it for you.

Home At Last
If your senior-aged loved one is being discharged from hospital and you are unable to be there, consider this FREE service that makes the transition from hospital-to-home easier and more pleasant. Senior-aged patients are driven home and made comfortable back in their home.

MEDIchair-CHATS Home Medical Equipment Store
Our new store, located at 105 Harry Walker Parkway in Newmarket, carries a comprehensive line of home medical equipment products that can help you in assisting your loved one, including wheelchairs, scooters, lift chairs, bathroom safety products, home accessibility solutions, and soft/disposable personal health care products such as incontinence supplies, wound care, compression, and bracing.
