Regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please do NOT send urgent messages via e-mail to cancel or change service (seniorshelp@chats.on.ca). This e-mail account is only checked during regular business hours. CHATS can be reached outside of business hours for limited time periods: Monday to Friday, 4:30 to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday/Sunday/statuatory holidays from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at 905-713-6596.
