Customer Service Training

Under the AODA—Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, CHATS is required to provide Customer Service Training to all volunteers.

This training will outline the accessibility standards and provide practical solutions for successfully interacting with people with different abilities.

The goal is to make Ontario accessible for people with disabilities by developing and enforcing accessibility standards. This training takes approximately 35 minutes.
