Celebrate Your Loved Ones with a Donation for Senior Services and Caregiver Support
Many people choose to honour special occasions, loved ones, etc., with a donation in lieu of a gift. Donations can be made to honour milestones (e.g. birthdays, retirements, anniversaries, etc.) or in memory of a loved one.
To recognize your tribute gift, CHATS will send a card acknowledging your donation to a recipient of your choice.
To make your tribute gift today, please choose one of the following options:
- Online - Make a safe, secure and efficient donation online by clicking on the Canada Helps button above, and follow the instructions to “dedicate” a gift.
- Phone - Please call 905.713.3373 x 6063.
- Email – Please complete the attached form and email to giving@chats.on.ca and we’ll confirm within 24 hours.
- Mail – Please download and complete the Donation Form and return by mail/fax.
