CHATS scores big in client satisfaction
CHATS is “excellent,” “helpful,” “reliable,” “wonderful”, “caring,” and “fantastic,” according to a survey of almost 600 clients! The survey, which was conducted in March 2011 by an independent company, asked clients various questions about how satisfied they are with the quality of our services.
“The scores are all remarkably high,” said the survey company consultant. CHATS scored consistently high across all surveyed programs and services. Not only are clients satisfied with our services, staff and volunteers, but they are also highly likely to continue using and recommending our services.
Of special note are clients’ comments about how CHATS has affected their personal well-being: 90% say CHATS information and education helps them prevent and avoid infectious disease and falls, and 35% say CHATS services have helped prevent hospital stays and visits to the emergency department!
