We are thrilled to now have the opportunity to support seniors and caregivers in New Tecumseth!
After over 30 years of trusted and dedicated service to seniors and caregivers in York Region, and more recently, Bradford West Gwillimbury, CHATS, a registered charity, is thrilled to reach out and provide support to those in the New Tecumseth area. Thanks to funding from the Central Local Health Integration Network (Central LHIN), CHATS is now able to address isolation and the health and wellness needs of seniors and caregivers; to offer an affordable, comprehensive basket of services that help seniors live independently in their own homes.
Based on a passion for caring and community, more than 550 volunteers and 200 staff are the heart and soul of CHATS. With bright minds, skilled hands, and warm hearts, the CHATS team enhances the health and wellness of more than 6,300 seniors and family caregivers. With our down-home care and grassroots spirit, we look forward to contributing to the well-being of the New Tecumsethcommunity in any way we can. CHATS is a charitable organization, accredited by Accreditation Canada.
