CHATS will drive seniors to cooling centres
As we are experiencing some record breaking temperatures, CHATS is working to ensure that our community’s seniors are protected.
As such, CHATS will provide seniors who call our office (1-877-452-4287) with drives to cooling centres or shopping malls in their local area (York Region, Bradford West Gwillimbury, and New Tecumseth).
Our drivers will drop seniors off and pick them up at cooling centers between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The cost will be $5 return.
