Navigating the Health Care System
Friday September 28, 2012, CHATS is pleased to host the 3rd Annual Bradford Health Fair for Seniors and Caregivers.
If you are a senior or a caregiver and you are unsure of that supports are available to you, our health fair can help. There will be presentations by CHATS, Community Care Access Centre and Southlake Regional Health Centre as well as community information booths with a variety of health and wellness information.
The Health Fair will be held at the Portuguese Cultural Centre (wheelchair accessible), 767 Simcoe Road, Bradford from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm. Admission and parking are FREE and lunch and refreshments are included.
